Terms and Conditions

Orders

All orders will be processed within one business working day and dispatched no later than the following business working day Monday to Friday Excluding English bank holidays and weekends. We deem a business working day being 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Orders for next day delivery must be received before 2pm in order to be honoured for next day.

Orders that are paid by cheque and bank transfer will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared our bank account, which can take up to five working days.

By placing an order with us you are accepting and agreeing to these terms regardless of whether you have read them or not. A reminder to read these terms is in place at the checkout before any order is completed.


Pricing

All prices shown are without vat as Jingle Jangle are not yet a vat registered business, and are subject to change including postage costs. Postage costs are variable and will be confirmed at checkout. Any change in pricing will be made known to customers before orders are completed allowing customers to decide upon completing the order.


Delivery

Our standard delivery costs are currently £6.99. to Mainland UK Next working Day
Mainland UK next day A.M. is £14.99.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland are not guaranteed for next day delivery and can take up to 3 working days.

£19.99 to European Union and £24.99 to the rest of Europe and £34.99 to the rest of world is £34.99 This is regardless of the amount of items ordered. We feel this is the fairest and easiest method of charging customers rather than assigning weight charges to each product whereby the charge may be more.

Delivery will be made to the Address details supplied by the customer we will not be liable for incorrect Address information which subsequently renders goods undelivered. Delivery will be made on the next working day.

Any goods lost or damaged in transit must be notified by customers within ten days of completion of order.

If goods cannot be delivered due to customers not being available to accept the goods at the Address supplied then it is customers responsibility to collect their goods from the carriers local depot before they are returned to us. If goods are returned to us by the carrier and a redelivery is required, customers will be required to pay the additional postage costs accrued before a second delivery is arranged.

Delays in delivery due to acts of god, war and hostilities, demonstrations, and road closures will at certain times be experienced, we will not be liable for any subsequential losses of any nature arising from these kind of delays.

Delivery to any postcode in the Scottish highland or islands can take longer than the standard delivery time and we cannot accept responsibility of any delays by the carriers, however delays to this kind of area may be inevitable. Any duties and taxes due in countries outside of the UK will be the responsibility solely of the customer, We have no control whatsoever of your delivery outside of the EU, the relevant customs of the particular country then deal with your package, we do place customs forms on the deliveries to identify our own customs trade number and essential information regarding the contents of the package. We do not accept any liability or consequential loss for any duties or taxes applicable in the relevant country whatsoever.


Liability

Any liability by us will not exceed in any circumstance the total value of any order including postage costs.
This includes any consequential loss whatsoever.

Liability in respect of damaged goods upon delivery will be accepted in accordance with distance selling laws, In respect of the customer returning the goods at their own cost in original packaging within seven days of receipt of goods, and either an exchange or refund of the total price of goods excluding postage being honoured, whichever is preferred.


Payment

Payment will be accepted prior to any goods being dispatched, Goods will be dispatched once confirmation of stock levels are established. Any goods out of stock will be notified either online in the first instance and by contact to the customer in the second instance.
We currently accept our payments through Nochex who accept all major UK and international credit and debit cards. We also accept cheque payments made payable to Jingle Jangle, and bank transfer payments the details of which are shown at checkout.



Refunds

Refunds will be made for damaged or faulty goods that are reported to us within 7 days of an order being delivered.

Refunds will be made in the same payment method to which the order had been paid excluding postage costs.

Body Jewellery and Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless for faulty products within 7 days of receiving order.


General

Jingle Jangle reserve the right to change these terms without notice at any time. It is customers responsibility to read these terms and conditions before completing an order of which customers are reminded to do at checkout.

Liability will be no more than the total cost of any order including any consequential loss whatsoever

Products may vary slightly to the web images online however we endeavour to keep these occasions to an absolute minimum.

Web images are for illustration purposes only and colours may vary from the web image itself.



Privacy Policy

Protecting our customers information is of paramount importance to us and will be kept confidential on our web hosts secure servers which have state of the art security both in manually physical protection as well as biometric scanners.

Any information you submit to us will be used solely for our own marketing business purposes for example to inform customers of new products and special offers and discounts, also anything we feel may be of benefit to our customers. If for any reason you would NOT like us to contact you with offers and discounts that may be of benefit to you then please put this in writing to us via e-mail in the first instance.

Your information will not be divulged to any third parties whatsoever unless you have given your explicit permission and we adhere strictly to the data protection act 1998.

Credit card information is not stored by ourselves, it is encrypted over the internet to our payment gateway provider which is currently Nochex, we physically do not see any credit card details whatsoever.

Payments made by credit or debit cards are encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) which is the standard security for internet e-commerce so your card details are safe and secure as they are transmitted across the internet.

You can confirm that your details are secure by looking for the gold padlock symbol which appears in the lower right of your browser window before a payment is made. If you click on the padlock you can view the validity of the certificate
